Topic: Fire emblem switch 2 mouse controls

I'm really hoping for a Three houses sequel on switch 2, here's how I think mouse controls will benefit the game:

I recent hands on, players have said the mouse if useful for strategy games, in FE, it would be useful for unit placements on maps and dialogue options.

Since there is no announcement so far everyone gotta wait until the Switch 2 actually makes it out into the wild here to know more.

@Jester676 agreed, three houses was announced in January 2017, the studio behind fire emblem has been eeringly silent, they finished Engage in 2021 and there hasn't been any announcements since.

With over 200 staff, they ought to be deep in development for the next game.

I'm sure we'll hear something soon, and I'm very excited. I'm sure the mouse functionality will be there although that's not what interests me most. I reckon we'll see a remake of one of the older FE titles first on the switch 2 (could be cross-gen but I hope not so it looks better). Either way I'm excited.

@KingJimu, I'm really excited too, the switch 2 needs a Nintendo JRPG in 2025/2026, because the Switch 1 had xenoblade 2 in December 2017.
I feel like mouse controls could be a game changer for fire emblem, heard it works really well on strategy games such as Sid Meier's civilization series .

With a JRPG on Switch 2, I could finally get really hyped for a new game on this console.
