Topic: Anyone know of a good PC help site?

As I'm currently having problems with my PC booting into the bios screen every time I turn it on, can't reset from the bios screen as it just returns there it always seems to happen after I have had it turned off for some hours/overnight, strange thing is if I hard reset it seems to boot into Windows as normal. The PC isn't cutting edge but it's not really that old either I am running a Ryzen 5 7600X 6 core along with a RTX 4070 SUPER Gpu.
I'm panicking a bit cause I can't afford a new rig and don't want to be opening up my system connecting or disconnecting anything. I've tried reconnecting the power cable but now can't boot into the bios screen at all (and it's all in chinese) when resetting.

@Dhaladog You can always try a local PC repair shop other then that maybe try contacting your PC's manufacturer.
